Memphis Rap at ITT Graduation Party

Going through my audio blog, adding text summaries on certain entries, I thought of a graduation party I attended this summer.

My former boss and long time friend, Matt, teaches at ITT Memphis and he threw a party for his graduating students on the Roof Garden of his building downtown. Matt lives in a penthouse flat and has access to a wonderful roof "garden" (less garden and more pool side) with two gas powered grills, a pool, a number of nice patio tables and chairs and a great view of the river and the M bridge. Memphis won't just change your mouth, it'll change the way you value the mouths of others.

If you had shown up at this party, you would have heard these information technology college students freestyling and kicking out some live Memphis flavor. People who talk bad about Memphis just don't get it. Beauty here is every where - in a Rimbuadian kind of way. The grit and the glory.
